Amanda
I started working at Haven Littlesea in 2019 in the Mash and Barrel restaurant. It was a very different role for me as I had always worked in retail.
At first, I wondered what am I doing here? I was surrounded by so many young people. As the training came to an end everything fell into place and we became a great team and good friends. My goal in my first year was to be able to pull a pint. I achieved that goal. I am now a shift leader, helping to run the restaurant, I can pull a pint, change a barrel and mix a cocktail. I also help our guests decide what food and drinks they would like. I love chatting to our guests hoping they have a great time. I enjoy working here, the whole team are friendly, not just the ones I work with but the whole park.
Les
My journey started as an owner at Rockley when I was asked to work in the kitchens 8 years ago. I moved to Weymouth 3 years later when I came to work at Littlesea. The job was to man the show holiday home on the sea front. 2 years later I transferred to park safety where I have been for the last 3 years. I come back year in and year out. The reason is a job making people experience one of the most important things in their lives, enjoying holiday time, and being a part of making that a memorable time is so satisfying.

Accommodation Cleaner
As an Accommodation Cleaner at Haven, you will make things sparkle and help create great memories that last a lifetime for our guests.
You’ll be cleaning and carrying out various housekeeping duties to deliver outstanding presentation of our range of Static Caravans & Lodges.
You don’t need experience to join our cleaning team – If you are eager, willing and genuinely passionate about contributing towards delivering a great experience to our Guests, we will give you the training and support required to ensure our Guests have a great, memorable holiday!
Activities Team Member
As an Activities Team Member within our Sports and Leisure Team you will be delivering the best experience to every guest every time and having lots of fun along the way. Providing an outstanding indoor and outdoor activity experience, ensuring service, quality and consistency, within a clean and safe environment catering for all. Perhaps you have previous experience of working within the leisure and customer service industry, experience with sporting activities already – Great, but if you don’t, that’s fine as all you need to bring is a guest obsessed attitude, be willing to learn and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment!

Front of House Restaurant Team
Come and join our One Great Team here at Haven, within our Front of House Restaurant Team, where you will help create memories that last a lifetime for our Guests! You may already have Waiting or Customer Service experience, but if not, full training is offered.
All you need to bring is a smile, a guest obsessed attitude and be willing to learn in a fast-paced environment. We will teach you the rest!
