I have worked at Roadchef for 9 months as a Costa Barista. The application process was very quick and easy, with quick responses. I received plenty of training when I started and everyone was very patient and supported me. Everyone works as a team helping each other out, we have a good laugh which is especially important during our busy days. Managers are always approachable, and flexible where they can be, whenever I need help to talk through days off that I need to fit in family holidays and time with my family.

Having been with my previous company for over 30 + years, I thought I wouldn’t find a company that would support me at my time of life. Roadchef have been amazing and I was overwhelmed by the diversity of age ranges and the opportunities at all levels available. Catering Team
Matt our Site Director at Taunton Motorway Services is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join the team as Catering team members. As a member of the team you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving our delicious range of food and drinks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Customer Service
Working at a Motorway Service area is a lot of fun. Here at Roadchef we have some of the most famous and popular brands in the UK and each one has something different to offer from McDonald’s, Costa, WHSmith, Spar, Leon, Days Inn, Chozen Noodle to our own Fresh Food Café
Behind the scene there is a vital support network to ensure our teams are the best they can be. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer focused people who share our values in delivering exceptional customer service to Britain’s road users. You will be employed on a part time basis.
Facilities Team
Our site director, Liam is looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join the team as Facilities team members. As a member of the team you will be responsible for our Customers first impressions when they visit Roadchef, this includes the cleaning and maintenance of all public areas. Including toilets, car parks and seating areas
This role would be suitable for someone who has experience with painting, groundwork, basic plumbing and tilling.
